For the new year, we’ve decided to take a play out of the Michelle Raber (my awesome State Farm Insurance Agent) play book and start a yearly review program. The idea is simply to make sure we meet up or have a phone call with all of our wonderful clients at least once a year to check in and make sure their website is still meeting the needs of their business.
Did you move your office or add a new product or service? Often times these changes occur and they don’t get communicated because we are all so busy riding around on the preverbal hamster wheel. By having an annual review, it ensures that these updates don’t fall through the cracks.
The review is completely free of charge and shouldn’t take more than an hour. We can meet at your office, at a coffee shop or do the review over the phone. The big thing is that we are touching base and making sure that your website is an accurate reflection of your business.
Lynne or I (Milly) will be in touch with all clients about setting up a review, most likely this will happen right around your billing cycle if you are a hosting client.
